3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Payments

WCS412 accepts deposits through the following Filipino-friendly payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts, though high-volume transactions may be subject to additional verification.

• Deposits are typically reflected in your account within 1–5 minutes for e-wallets, and within 1–3 banking hours for bank transfers.
• WCS412 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet before depositing.
• Only deposit using accounts or cards in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not allowed and may result in the funds being returned or forfeited.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. If a specific method is unavailable, WCS412 may process the withdrawal via an alternative channel after notifying you.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for verified accounts
• First-time withdrawal requests may take longer due to KYC processing requirements
• Withdrawal requests made on public holidays or weekends may be delayed to the next banking day

WCS412 Terms and Conditions require that a player's account be fully verified before any withdrawal request above ₱50,000 is processed. Verification includes a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases, a selfie with the submitted ID.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated time window will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games like Baccarat or Roulette may contribute a lower percentage.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and use one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward WCS412 staff or other players

WCS412 employs advanced fraud detection tools and cooperates with Philippine financial intelligence authorities. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or related illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate agencies without prior notice to the account holder.

13. Termination

WCS412 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account — with or without prior notice — if you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be returned to you via your last verified payment method, after deducting any outstanding obligations or bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements. 14. Governing Law
